Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day 1
   Cape Town → Hermanus
   Drive the coastal road to Hermanus — whale watching in season — overnight.
2. Day 2
   Hermanus → Oudtshoorn
   Inland to the Klein Karoo — Cango Caves and an ostrich farm, overnight Oudtshoorn.
3. Day 3
   Oudtshoorn → Knysna
   Over the Outeniqua Pass to the lagoon town of Knysna, Heads viewpoint and waterfront.
4. Day 4
   Tsitsikamma
   Day in Tsitsikamma National Park — suspension-bridge walk over the river mouth, forest trails.
5. Day 5
   Knysna → Gqeberha
   Leisurely drive to Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), beach evening.
6. Day 6
   Departure
   Fly home from Gqeberha or return to Cape Town.
