Day-by-day itinerary

  1. Day 1
    Kigali → Volcanoes
    Kigali city tour including the Genocide Memorial, then drive north to Musanze at the foot of the volcanoes.
  2. Day 2
    Gorilla trekking
    Early briefing at Kinigi, trek into Volcanoes NP for one hour with a gorilla family. Afternoon cultural village or rest.
  3. Day 3
    Volcanoes → Kigali
    Golden monkey trek option or a relaxed drive back to Kigali for your onward flight.
